1. Damaged or Broken Items
If your product arrives damaged, you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement within 15 days of delivery.
- Contact us within 15 days with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.
- Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement promptly.
2. Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns aren’t generally accepted. If approved, a 20 SAR service fee applies to cover handling and delivery.

- Include your order number, reason, and photos/videos (if applicable).

4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
